• Our adventure begins with a scenic ascent from Funchal, driving towards Nun’s Valley. The Scenic Ascent: A 45-minute ride through fragrant eucalyptus and pine forests, offering 360° views of chestnut tree landscapes. An open-air experience that awakens your senses.
• We climb to 1095 meters upon reaching the Eira do Serrado Viewpoint. ( Miradouro da Eira do Serrado: Nun’s Valley Panorama!) Here you will witness the awe-inspiring views of Nun’s Valley from this elevated viewpoint. Capture the tranquility and wild beauty of Madeira’s untouched nature.
• From the Eira do Serrado Hotel & SPA, we proceed on a moderate incline walk (approximately 15 minutes) to the viewpoint. The walk to the Viewpoint is a moderate 15-minute walk from the hotel, leading to the breathtaking panoramic views of Nun’s Valley, an excellent viewing platform for memorable photos.
• After capturing breathtaking photos, we walk back towards the Eira do Serrado Hotel & SPA.
• Time permitting, we can enjoy a beverage at the Terrace Bar of the Eira do Serrado Hotel & SPA, which is a Scenic Relaxation! Enjoy a relaxing break at the hotel’s terrace bar, surrounded by stunning mountain scenery and views of lush valleys.
